The simple ground rules for using our site.
Welcome to brittorfabara.com (the “Site”), operated by Brittor Fabara, Gayatri Vihar, 28 Cantonment Road, Cuttack, Odisha 753001, India. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Brittor Fabara is in its pre-launch phase. We are not currently accepting orders or payments. Descriptions of our fragrances, collections, sets and batch sizes are previews of what we are building and may change before launch. Joining our private list is not an order and does not create any obligation to buy or any obligation on us to supply.
When ordering opens, the prices, availability, payment, shipping, returns and refund terms will be published on the Site before you are asked to buy, and will apply to those purchases.
The Site’s text, images, film, music, crest, logo and design belong to Brittor Fabara or are used with permission. “Brittor Fabara” and our crest are our brand identifiers. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, sell or reuse our content or brand without our written permission.
Fragrance descriptions are creative and describe a mood and character; individual experience will vary from person to person and with skin. Fragrances are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, keep away from flame and children, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, test on a small area first and consult a doctor if needed. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.
Our pages on Odisha’s heritage, monuments and Ganjam Kewda are shared in good faith for general interest. They draw on historical and cultural sources and traditional accounts, and may simplify or summarise. They are not scholarly publications.
Please do not misuse the Site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it unlawfully, submitting false information, or using automated tools to harvest data.
The Site relies on third-party services (such as Mailchimp for our list) and may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Brittor Fabara will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Cuttack, Odisha will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
